Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Rejuvelage. We stand behind the quality of our skincare. Please review the policy below for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1) Eligibility for Returns
- Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.
- Returns received without prior authorization may be declined.
Note: For safety and hygiene reasons, opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return.
2) Items That Are Non-Returnable
- Opened or used products
- Items marked Final Sale or Clearance
- Professional/backbar sizes and bulk orders
- Gift cards and downloadable materials
- Free gifts or promotional items
3) Return Authorization (RMA) & How to Start a Return
- Contact Customer Care within 30 days of delivery:

- You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Pack the item securely in original packaging and include the RMA in the box.
- Ship the return using a trackable service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.
4) Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days of approval (your bank or card issuer may require additional time).
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by law or when the return is due to our error.
5) Exchanges (Defective or Damaged Items)
- If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@rejuvelage.com with photos of the packaging and product.
- We will provide a prepaid label and arrange a replacement or exchange. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
6) Late or Missing Refunds
- If you have not received a refund after the stated processing time, first check with your bank or card issuer.
- If questions remain, contact orders@rejuvelage.com and we will assist promptly.
7) Gifts
- For items marked as gifts at purchase and shipped directly to you, approved returns may be refunded as store credit to the original purchaser or—as applicable—issued to you per our system capabilities.
8) Third-Party Purchases
- If you purchased Rejuvelage products from an authorized retailer or marketplace, please contact that seller directly and follow their policy. We are unable to process returns for third-party purchases.
9) International Orders
- Duties, taxes, and import fees are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error.
10) Refused or Undeliverable Packages
- Packages returned to us as undeliverable or refused may be refunded minus original shipping once received and inspected, provided items are unopened and within 30 days of first delivery attempt.
